On  8-11 July 2010 NGO “Karpaty and partners are organizing in Lviv traditional international fan-festival for football supporters from different countries called “Eurofan-2010” for the 4^rd consecutive year.
     Below is the list of participating fans’ teams representing the following popular European football clubs and federations: Liverpool (England), Inter (Italy), PSG (France), Zenit (Russia), Atletico (Spain), Hamburger SV (Germany), Aris (Greece), Karpaty (Ukraine), Holland supporters team, Sweden supporters team, Scotland supporters team, Poland supporters team, Wales supporters team, Belgium supporters team, Norway supporters team and Czech Republic supporters team.
     16 fans’ teams in total. This list is not final but 90% of mentioned teams have confirmed their participation.
     During games there will be live comments and music (speakers will be placed around the grounds, DJs and commentators will work with microphones).
     The hospitality program includes accommodation for teams, excursion tours around Lviv with interpreters, celebration party after the tournament, souvenirs and mementos for all participating teams and volunteers involved.
     Approximately 70 volunteers with knowledge of respective languages will be involved in the organization of the tournament. Meeting teams, assisting in checking in delegations in hotels and accompanying, interpreting and guiding services are among tasks to be carried out by volunteers.
     It is very important that young people will get necessary experience, which will come in useful during EURO-2012 in Ukraine.
     Apart from the football tournament we plan to carry out different contests for spectators with prizes from sponsors, contest for the best commentator of the tournament, excursions around Lviv, celebration party after the tournament, live watching of the final match of the World Cup on a big screen, other events.
     Also during the tournament a charitable act “From European fans to Lviv children” will take place.
     Delegations of fans will bring humanitarian supplies for deprived children from Lviv orphanages and boarding schools.
     Before and after the tournament official press-conferences with organizers, partners, participants, special guests and media will be conducted.
     The “Eurofan” project is an annual event. Since 2008 the project has been included into the list of preparation events for EURO-2012 by the Lviv City Council. Starting from 2010 the tournament will be held under the auspices of the Ukrainian Premier League. In 2010 we plan to hold competitions in 4 host cities for EURO-2012 i.e. Kyiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv. In 2012 we plan to organize European championship for supporters of National teams qualified for EURO-2012.
     This year “Eurofan-2010” will be the most large-scale event of such type in Eastern Europe.

The tournament’s schedule:
08-07-2010 – teams arrive in Lviv, check in hotels, first excursions around Lviv, official press-conference.
09-07-2010 – official opening first matches in qualifying groups, excursions around Lviv.
10-07-2010 – remaining matches in qualifying groups.
11-07-2010 – semifinals, match for the 3^rd place and final, official closing, awarding ceremony, prizes for teams and best players, live watching of the final match of the World Cup on a big screen, celebration party.
12-07-2010 – press-conference, summarizing the results of fan-fest “Eurofan-2010”.
