| Public Organization “Karpaty” was founded on 1 June 2001 in Lviv. However, due to different reasons its activities were rather inept and not much noticeable. Years passed by, new leaders were coming and going…
It was January 2007 when the current team of PO “Karpaty” was formed. The main goal of its activity for us is gathering all FC “Karpaty” supporters and getting them involved in active support of the “green & whites” both inside and outside the stadium. We hope that “Karpaty” supporters number will grow up and we together with you will arrange for our players a kind of support when it is impossible to lose.
The web-site will be functioning on the basis of the principle “For supporters and about supporters”. We will inform you about our plans and share our ideas. We urge all visitors of our web-site not to be just passive readers, but contribute to the common cause and join the PO “Karpaty” activities by way of your feedback.
Since 2008, the NGO Karpaty has been a member of the European network of football fans FSE (Football Supporters Europe) and fully supports the principles of the organization.
We strongly oppose all forms of discrimination, whether based on race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. We reject xenophobia and anti-Semitism, and are committed to supporting action to remove all these forms of discrimination from Karpaty Lviv and football generally.
